Website terms
The website explains an offer. A signed agreement controls the work.
Current website posture / 2026-07-12
No automatic engagement
An application, email, meeting, proposal, or technical discussion does not create a client relationship. Work begins only after both parties sign the applicable agreement and required payment is received.
Design-partner scope
The Agency Runtime Launch is currently offered as a supervised design-partner implementation. Exact deliverables, integrations, timing, acceptance predicates, human approvals, and fees are defined in the signed statement of work.
No performance guarantee
Website descriptions are not guarantees of revenue, cost savings, uptime, output quality, regulatory compliance, autonomous recovery, or fitness for a particular purpose. Technical acceptance is limited to the predicates agreed for the engagement.
Consequential and regulated actions
No public website statement authorizes autonomous legal, financial, medical, employment, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions. Those surfaces remain excluded unless a signed agreement explicitly defines lawful controls and approvals.
Intellectual property and access
Client materials remain subject to the signed agreement. Aria runtime internals, methods, and pre-existing assets are not transferred merely because an application is submitted. Credentials and system access must use the approved engagement process.
Changes
These website terms may change as the offer and deployment surface mature. The executed agreement for an engagement controls if website language conflicts with it.
